Pinnacle is proud of our systematic approach to managing all cases, which helps close business as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our experienced case management team is held to a strict level of service standards, focusing on the producer as our customer.

Pinnacle Case Management

Pinnacle is dedicated to providing excellent service on cases of all sizes, but place special emphasis on those cases that are complex or have a target premium of $10,000 or above. Our complex case management system includes:

  • The Underwriting Auction -- cases are sent to the marketplace, offers negotiated among carriers and the best offers (carrier, product and price) is presented to client
  • Daily Review -- large cases are reviewed daily by the Case Management Director to ensure a smooth and efficient negotiation and placement process
  • Team & Triage Approach -- complex and/or large cases is managed and reviewed by the Case Management Director, Case Design Manager, COO and CEO on a weekly basis to ensure all issues are dealt with proactively and the business is placed as quickly as possible
  • Impaired Risk Underwriter -- Pinnacle has partnered with APEX Underwriting Solutions to meet the demands of impaired risk underwriting for our clients. APEX is a boutique concierge underwriting service that we utilize as an extension of our internal resources.
